The above price for the in-person participants is including all such as attending the conference, a 3-nights accommodation, meals, banquet and site tour during the conference.
Namely, the in-person participants do not need any additional payment for the accommodation and meals during the conference.

Online Registration

• Registration Deadline for Presenters: February 28, 2022 (JST)
• Registration Deadline for Participants without Presentation: May 30, 2022
• On-site registration will be also available during May 31 - June 3, 2022

Update

• Deadline for Information Update: May 30, 2022

The in-person participant, only who is facing strict travel restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic, may ask the local organizing committee to rearrange his/her registration to on-line participation.
