Our main research objective is two major fields. Firstly, we focus on the elucidation of structure based molecular mechanisms of lipid-related proteins with biological and medical interest to establish concrete foundation for industrial contribution such as medicinal or environmental application, because the three dimensional atomic architecture determines the molecular function of each protein. The other is the development and improvement of methods for synchrotron radiation protein crystallography through collaborative efforts.
